Back to the Spiral: 20 Years in the Making
Celebrating 20 Years of Blogging, a New Book, and a New Beginning
Past
Twenty years ago, I hit “publish” on my very first blog post. I didn’t know then that it would turn into a personal archive of experiments, lessons, failures, and small victories. Over the years, my blog became a place where I could test ideas, share stories, and reflect on the challenges of work and life. Looking back, I see threads weaving through it all, including themes of learning, collaboration, and resilience.
Those threads became the foundation for my new (and first!) book, 20 Lessons from 20 Years of Blogging. Each lesson grew out of a moment, a conversation, or a post that still resonates today.
Present
This week, I’m celebrating three milestones at once: the 20th anniversary of my blog, the launch of this newsletter (Back to the Spiral), and the release of my book. It feels like a convergence point — past insights meeting present opportunities. The book gathers the most enduring lessons, the newsletter creates space to continue the conversation, and the celebration reminds me why I started sharing in the first place.
Future
From here, I’m curious to see how the spiral unfolds. I want to explore not just my own reflections, but also yours: how past experiences shape your present, and how today’s actions set the stage for what comes next. I’m already thinking about how these conversations might influence future books, talks, or even new formats for sharing ideas.
Thank you for being part of this journey — whether you’ve been here since the first post or you’re joining today. Here’s to the next turn of the spiral.
Until next time,
Claudio
