They’re necessary.

Why This Work Keeps Getting Delayed

Large refactors steal senior attention.

They’re repetitive, error‑prone, and hard to justify when features are waiting.

So they linger.

Until they become emergencies.

Then let AI handle the repetition.

What That Frees Up

Time.

Energy.

And focus on problems only humans should be solving.
