Here’s a quick tip on how to create a TODO template in RubyMine: Go to Preferences, Editor, Live Templates, and add your “todo” template under “user” (replace “CL” with your own initials!): Now when you type “todo” and hit Tab in the editor, you get your expanded snippet:
