Houston ALT.NET Open Spaces Conference

Registration is now open for the Houston ALT.NET Open Spaces Conference. I have been at the first conference of that kind in Austin, in 2007, and blogged about how much I liked it.

If you live in the Houston area, or can come to Houston to attend to this, make sure you do! This format of event allows everybody to participate, suggest topics, and lead discussions. The content being discussed is always relevant, and the quality of the discussions is usually very high.

If you’ve never been to such conference, you must go to at least check it out and see if it fits you well. If you’ve been to one before, you already know what to expect, and I’m sure you, like me, are looking forward to be a part of it.

I believe seats are limited, so if you’re serious about attending, register now.

Hope to be seeing you there!  🙂

Next ALT.NET Geek Dinner in Houston

We are going to have the next dinner on February 9th, back at Star Pizza, located at 2111 Norfolk (map).

The main topic for discussion is going to be the Houston ALT.NET Open Spaces. We need to figure out who can volunteer to help with the event. If you haven’t been to an event like that before, you should really get involved; people tend to come out of it with their brains hurting really bad.  🙂  So come to the geek dinner if you can and help us plan and execute the event.

See you there!
